I have really enjoyed recent assemblies where the children have taken part. I loved having ‘King John’, ‘Napoleon’ and the ‘Duke of Wellington’ in to visit all in the same week! Thank you to Daniel, Libby and Joel for their assistance!

I am also very impressed with Y5 who have been active learners in assembly, using their iPads to create presentations on the subject in hand. Friday’s assembly on the subject of The Battle of Waterloo, was a great example of this. Y5 took notes on their personal iPads throughout assembly and were able to create a presentation to use to explain their learning to others.
