Hello 2015!

What a great start to the new year we have had!

On walking around our school over the last two weeks, I have seen:

  • Y1 excavating dinosaurs!
  • Y2 testing castle walls.
  • Y3 learning a song about volcanoes.
  • Y5 designing and making Egyptian death masks
  • Y6 starting to read ‘Street Child’.
  • Reception making and testing boats.
  • Nursery enjoying their outdoor space, even in the cold!
  • Spelling leaders managing learning lunchtimes with lots of encouraging comments!
  • Digital leaders inspiring Y3 budding iPad learners.
  • Wonderfully nutritious and delicious home-cooked food in our canteen.
  • New Sports leaders, who interviewed so well.
  • 8am Circuits Club members pushing themselves to the limit.
  • ‘Early Doors’ pupils who work independently and positively from 8.30am!
  • Mrs Higgs manage the new roofing work with her usual smile and optimism!
  • Mrs Boadey’s enthusiasm in her new role as Staff Governor.
  • Parents smiles and positive comments on the gate…
  • And so much more!

TEAM PCP – you make me proud!
