What a great start to the new year we have had!
On walking around our school over the last two weeks, I have seen:
- Y1 excavating dinosaurs!
- Y2 testing castle walls.
- Y3 learning a song about volcanoes.
- Y5 designing and making Egyptian death masks
- Y6 starting to read ‘Street Child’.
- Reception making and testing boats.
- Nursery enjoying their outdoor space, even in the cold!
- Spelling leaders managing learning lunchtimes with lots of encouraging comments!
- Digital leaders inspiring Y3 budding iPad learners.
- Wonderfully nutritious and delicious home-cooked food in our canteen.
- New Sports leaders, who interviewed so well.
- 8am Circuits Club members pushing themselves to the limit.
- ‘Early Doors’ pupils who work independently and positively from 8.30am!
- Mrs Higgs manage the new roofing work with her usual smile and optimism!
- Mrs Boadey’s enthusiasm in her new role as Staff Governor.
- Parents smiles and positive comments on the gate…
- And so much more!
TEAM PCP – you make me proud!
